Week 2 is in the books, and the AldenLeague seasons is now in full swing.  Some highlights from the week that was: Highlight of Week 2, #1 : Injuries, injuries, injuries.  The injury bug struck in Week 2, causing doom for several AldenLeague teams.  Aaron Hernandez, 5th round pick for The Risen, went down in the 1st quarter without registering a single fantasy point: he was projected for almost 13 by Yahoo, and The Risen ended up losing by 16.  Jamaal Charles, 3rd round pick by The Skyns, disappeared early from Kansas City's game with a bruise after scoring only 3 of his projected 16 points.  The Skyns lost by 18.  Fireseed's 4th round pick, Ahmad Bradshaw, left his game early with a neck injury after scoring only 2 points out of his projected 20.  Fireseed lost by a lot more than that, but still.  The team they lost to, CheektoWojo, faced an injury of their own: 3rd round pick Steve Jackson left hurt, scoring only 8 points on the w...

We hear over and over again that the preseason doesn't matter - doesn't get too excited, don't panic too much.  But then comes Week 1.  It counts, for sure, but how much stock do you put into it?  That's the question AldenLeague owners face this week.  Is it time to cut Chris Johnson for that Morris guy who's running (at least for now) for Washington?  Is it time to offer half your team in a trade for RGIII?  Are we bound for a Fantasy Bowl rematch between the two Mikes, who are sitting atop in the league as things stand now?
